You can choose a shipping method that fits your needs.

Once the confirmation email is received, delivery may take up to 2 weeks due to local and international customs. A tracking number will be emailed to you for your reference. Note that orders made around and during public holidays may take longer than usual to be processed and shipped out.

We only ship and deliver on business days. Expedited orders placed before 3pm UTC/GMT +8 on a business day will ship that same day. An order placed after 3pm on a business day will ship on the next business day.

Note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Customs Duties and Taxes

The delivery cost does not include any applicable import taxes and customs duties for your order. You are responsible for the payment of any applicable taxes and duties for your order. In compliance with China export regulations, we must declare the exact value of all products ordered and mark them dutiable as "merchandise". The law prohibits us from marking any order as a "gift" even if you are placing an order with the intention of sending a gift to a recipient. Please check with your country's customs service for further information. Customs inspections may result in delivery estimate delays.

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions of Returns

• ☛The original receipt or proof of purchase is provided.
• ☛The returned item is unused with original packaging.
• ☛Returned item is not a Gift Voucher or Monogrammed item.
• ☛Items purchased on Sale as part of final markdowns can be exchanged only.

If you purchased a product online, you can post the item(s) you would like to return directly to our address as listed below with a completed Return Form and we will contact you as soon as it arrives back to our warehouse.

Please note, the cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.
